"I am the first one you will hear from when a job is not done right--but I also let people know when they do EVERYTHING right. You did everything right! Your crew did everything right, too. From the promptness of your coming out to give us an estimate, to the timely arrival and installation by your crew of our central air, everything went as it was supposed to. We have not always had that kind of luck with contractors--it was very refreshing. The men were great about being careful with our dog, using a more inconvenient entrance to save us some trouble. They were so quiet, we barely knew anyone was in the house! They worked hard all the way through..I just can't say enough good. I think my cellar is cleaner in that area than before they got there, too. If you wish to use a reference, please feel free to do so. I am just recovering from a year long fight with cancer. The chemo did lung damage, so the heat inside with the stuffiness makes it hard to breathe. I find the central air already coming in handy. It is much more comfortable already--I am looking forward to a long, hot summer to enjoy it!"

Dave called you and you called me right back and set up an appointment for the next day. Mr. Kindle quickly scanned the house, made his offer and I said OK. Then men came and worked so hard for two days. I just marveled at the number of times they went up and down my cellar steps. I had my heart attack coming up the steps and I've never felt the same about them since. Dave put roof vents in and the day after Larry was here I could sense a difference in the A/C and then a day later I could again tell there was a difference. I am well pleased and I hope I didn't cause you too many headaches but it just wasn't what i expected in the way of room temp. Now it is. We highly recommend Kindle for any HVAC needs. The estimate we received for a new furnace and AC unit was fair and the best of four estimates we received. The technicians were timely, professional, honest and very helpful. We have the same last name but we are not related (or if we are it is very distant). We did not hire them because of the last name. We will never call another HVAC company again and we trust Kindle with all of our needs.
